This position is in charge of ensuring Advanced Service team are builded following best practices industry especially BFSI and ENT segment. The team can do service consultancy, development, operation and improvement for Cloud (AWS, GCP, Azure,...), Contact Center (Genesys), Data analysis...
- Building Advanced Service team meet the CLS's strategy.
- Lead the strategy for technology platforms, partnerships and external relationships
- Consult, plan, design, and implement combined Advanced Service and business solutions.
- Develop a standard operating procedure handbook and a marketable service catalog for customers.
- Analyze business and software requirements for architecting AWS, GCP, Azure, Contact Center Solutions across multiple technologies.
- Continually emerging technologies and designing service package where market needs.
- Manages the staffing through the appropriate hiring, firing, and disciplinary actions in collaboration with HR.
- Ensures efficient and economical performance in accordance with operating budgets, year-end goals and objectives.
- Ensures all employees receive the appropriate training and education, including ongoing compliance training
- 4+ years of experience in a technical lead position.
- AWS|GCP|Azure DevOps/Solutions Architect certification(s) preferred.
- Strong systems architecture knowledge and familiarity with design principles.
- Good understanding of ITIL in principle particularly in the service consulting & delivery.
- Staffing, planning, and people management.
- Managing performance and profitability.
