[VNG]Lead Software Engineer (Android, New Product)

• Design and build advanced applications for the Android platform.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Explore and evaluate the practicality of new technologies to improve existing processes and/or products
• Write clean and maintainable code that is properly tested and reviewed
• Work on bug fixing and improving application performance.

Yêu cầu

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent.
• At least 5+ years experience in Android development.
• Hands-on experience in the full life cycle of mobile application development.
• Solid experience in optimization techniques: caching, lazy loading and memory
• management
• Familiar with frameworks like Dagger, Hilt, Retrofit, Crashlytic…
• Have experience developing for multiple screen sizes and densities
• Good knowledge of UI components and customization, design system
• Good understanding about MVC, MVP, MVVM
• Self-motivated, logical thinking, and a strong desire to build high-quality
• applications
• Proficient in source control management: GitLab, Bitbucket
• Good understanding of Agile/Scrum development methodologies as well as using collaboration tools, such as Jira

• Good at finding and using 3rd party open source library
• Good leadership and effective communication in both verbal and nonverbal
• Have experience in bringing apps to Play Store
